Well so far I remember he achieved HOF in all levels, but with two different accounts (after server crash). Therefore, he got no VIP status.

Btw I think you should still be eligible for V.I.P with 10 HoF 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 or random as long as you show proof of account different account or not

HOF SIG 2013 Covers versions 1.6.xxx onwards of game...

as for eligibility of VIP based on different account, that's for Stag to decide and not the topic for discussion on here. Anyway VIP is closed until DR 2.0 release and testing is over on how hack proof it is.
