This is the body of the email I received from CM when asking how to report an issue in the game.
Please fill out all of this information and send it in an email to Support@Creative-Mobile.com
What version do you have?
What version were you using when the issue happened?
The device you are playing on?
What is the firmware of your device?
Did you get any error message/code before the issue occurred?
When did the issue occur and your actions step by step.
What is your Gamer Tag?
What cars do you use when time out is occur.
Did you download the game on Google market?
What has happened before the game started crashing?
We would be thankful if you will make a screenshot of the issue.
Please, remember, the more information we have, the sooner we can find solution towards the problem.
All following information will be very helpful, as well:
1) Download the aLogCat application available on the Google Play Store
2) Once you have the application downloaded, click on it to launch aLogCat on your device. Start the game and take necessary step to reproduce the issue.
3) Immediately after the issue occurs, switch back to aLogCat. Bring up the application menu, choose "Share" and send the application log to us via the most convenient way for you.
