Bei mir sind heute von einem Race zum anderen über 4000 Punkte verschwunden!!!! :furious:

Nach dem Ausfall eines Datenbankservers vor 2 Wochen in der Nacht von Sonntag auf Montag, kam es nach erfolgreicher Inbetriebnahme zu Inkonsistenzen einiger gespeicherten Daten (Pro League Rank Punkte) verschiedener Spieler.

Dies macht sich erst bemerkbar wenn man in jedem Level mind. einmal spielt, um seinen lokalen Spielstand (Smartphone/Tablet) mit dem des Game-Servers zu synchronisieren (abzugleichen).

Wenn es zu radikalen Punkverlusten kommt:
a) Speichert bitte einen Screen-Shot um den Verlust der Punkte (oder des HoF-Status) zu bestätigen!
b) Benutzt bitte dieses Formular hier um Creative Mobile zu kontaktieren und um Wiederherstellung der Punkte zu bitten.
