So I've tried 5+ different offers now and I have yet to receive a single rep point from a single download. Yes I'm opening them when they finish downloading and if it requires more than that to receive the rep points I've been doing that too.

I'm on limited data atm (no wifi) and I'm running out of offers to do. I would like the rep points I'm entitled to ASAP. Its been over 1 hour now since I've downloaded said apps.

You have to use most of them for like 15 minutes or something and then still it might take awhile to recurve

no those are the ads that appear after the race. the ones under free offers in the menu section dont require 15 minutes.

I went ahead and tried one of the RP offers and have yet to receive the RP.

The offer was to install and play until you reach level 3. I am now level 6 and growing and have yet to see any RP. Is there a step I am missing or is this just a Bs offer like most that I am seeing people report on this website?

Good news!
CM found the reason why some users couldn't get RP for offers.
CM servers have an IP-based security system running, but the servers of the company - which is responsible for free app advertising - send requests to CM servers but unfortunately they are changing their IPs sometimes, so CM servers are blocking them occasionally.

Thanks! Sometimes free RP is very needfull when Im playing on another device or restarting game
