Is this part of trying to repair the other problems? It appears to be keeping track of rank points on the screen when race is over ( beside my name ), but doesn't reward any cash or respect points. Also doesn't reflect rank points on PL main page.

It want show up if you're not connected to the internet via wi-fi or mobile provider. If you aint got no signal, you aint gettin that option.
